Our staff is currently comprised of five (5) employees with more than eighty (80) years of combined engineering experience. The HD staff includes one registered professional engineers, one project manager, two project designers and one office manager. HD is a full service civil engineering consulting firm capable of providing turnkey services from project beginning to end. We offer consulting services for various types of civil engineering with an emphasis on municipal improvements, K12 school site design, and private (commercial, residential and institutional) land development.

All site development work includes the preparation of boundary survey, platting and topographic survey. Plan preparation includes site plans, grading plans, utility plans (water and sanitary sewer), drainage plans (drainage area map and storm sewer utility including detention facilities if required), erosion control plans and irrigation plans, construction staking and as-built surveys. HD can also assist land development clients with City permit requirements such as Notice of Intent (NOI’s), trench safety plans and erosion control plans (Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans -SWPPP’s).

Site development clients include architects, land developers, contractors, other engineering companies and institutional clients such as school districts, airports, churches, and governmental agencies.

Municipal clients include the cities of North Richland Hills, Sanger, Hurst, River Oaks, Colleyville and Grapevine. We also provide engineering services for several Special Utility Districts (SUD’s) and Water Supply Corporations.
